Job Summary

Provides patient care support, including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety, as directed by the Charge Nurse. Documents appropriately in patient records, completes admission procedures, responds promptly to resident needs, and ensures safety protocols are followed. Performs rounds, repositioning, vital signs, and other procedures as instructed. Maintains supplies and equipment, completes ongoing education, and collaborates effectively with team members. Maintains confidentiality and provides shift reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification in the state of employment
• CPR certification required or willing to obtain within six months
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and move patients safely
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity

Compensation & Details

Pay range: $16.08 - $25.24 per hour.
