Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a CNA to provide routine daily nursing care in our skilled nursing facility. You will perform tasks such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting while upholding standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a State-approved CNA program completion, active CNA licensure, CPR certification, and a commitment to high-quality patient care. Prior SNF experience is preferred and opportunity for growth is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State with active license.
• CPR certification upon hire and maintained during employment.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to assigned patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.)
• Work with interdisciplinary team to ensure compassionate daily care.
• Follow Life Care standards and applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and safe care during shifts.

Job Type: Full-time or PRN

Wage Range: $21-26.37 DOE

Schedules Available: 8-hour rotations (Eves,Nights)

Shift Differentials: Evening (EVE) and Night (NOC)

Setting & Population Served

Life Care Centers of America operates Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) that provide:

• Long-term care for residents needing ongoing skilled support and compassionate daily assistance
• Short-term, sub-acute rehabilitation for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury
• Collaborative, interdisciplinary care, including nursing, therapy, and medical teams working together
• A diverse patient population, including individuals with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-acute needs

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
