Job summary

Bria Health Services, L.L.C. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care in our Illinois nursing home. You will assist with daily living activities, repositioning, grooming, and mobility, ensuring dignity and safety.

You will support nursing staff, document care accurately, and monitor residents' well‑being. The role emphasizes teamwork, communication with residents and families, and adherence to care plans. Proactive, patient‑centered care is valued.

Qualifications

• Must hold current and valid Illinois CNA certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing preferred.
• No abuse records on file.
• Able to read, write, and follow directions precisely.
• Effective communication with residents and staff.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

Requirements
