Job summary

The Greens at Lincolnton in Lincolnton, NC is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for all shifts. Join a caring team dedicated to resident comfort, dignity, and well-being as you help with daily activities and collaborate with nurses to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Assist licensed nurses with resident care and treatments as directed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Work collaboratively with our nursing team to ensure quality resident care.
