Job summary

Fuquay-Varina Health & Rehabilitation Center in Fuquay-Varina, NC is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care and support residents to maintain independence according to each plan of care.

We offer full-time shifts (nights and days), part-time and PRN options, a $5,000 retention bonus for eligible full-time CNAs, competitive pay, health benefits, 401(k), PTO, daily pay, and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina CNA certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident's plan of care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
• Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.
• Monitor residents' health status and vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
• Perform other duties to provide exceptional care.

Now Hiring for the Following Shifts:

• Full-Time Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)

• Full-Time Day: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)

We are primarily seeking Full-Time CNAs, but Part-Time and PRN opportunities are also available.
