University Health & Rehabilitation Center in Durham, NC is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team for the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) with shift differential. You will provide compassionate, resident-centered care, assist with daily living activities, and monitor health status as part of a collaborative nursing team.

Qualifications

• Active unencumbered CNA certification in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident's plan of care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
• Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.
• Monitor residents' health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
• Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
