Responsibilities include:

• Attending to residents' needs: bathing, feeding, dressing, ambulating.
• Recording vital signs, assisting with mobility, using proper body mechanics.
• Recognizing and reporting changes in resident conditions.
• Effective communication with residents, families, visitors, peers, and supervisors.
• Reporting abnormal changes to nursing staff.
• Assisting nurses with various duties as directed.

Requirements:

• At least one year of CNA experience in a Long Term Care setting preferred.
• Current state certification as a CNA.
