Job summary

Red Bank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities and collaborate with the care team to ensure compassionate, high-quality care. Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided.
• Assisting at meals
• Following infection control and center policies
• Measuring and recording heights and weights temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed
• Reports all changes in residents' condition to supervisor as soon as practical
