Job summary

The Blossoms in Fort Smith, Arkansas is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care to residents according to their care plans.

You will work under supervision to implement assessments, documentation, and resident comfort, with emphasis on safety and compassionate care. This role requires a CNA license and prior long-term care exposure.

Qualifications

• Must have a GED and complete a Certified Nursing Assistant course.
• Must be licensed as a CNA in accordance with state laws.
• Must be able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.

Job description
