Job summary

Kadima Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Greenville. This is a full-time position with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a commitment to delivering high-quality resident care.

You will work under licensed nurses, providing day-to-day care, maintaining safety, and documenting CNA charts while fostering a supportive environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification (state approved program and competency evaluation).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Day to day resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nurses.
• Assist with providing clinical care as directed.
• Maintain a positive physical, social and psychological environment for the resident.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, dental care, bowel and bladder care, preparation for medical tests and exams, ear and eye care, and positioning in and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, etc.
• Records all necessary CNA charting entries and report all accidents and incidents.
• Reports changes in resident conditions to supervisor.

Education and Qualifications:

• Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant certification, having successfully completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training program and competency evaluation.
