Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of professionals. The CNA provides routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

The role involves direct care tasks such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, delivered under supervision. Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma, have completed a State-approved CNA program, and hold an active CNA

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed as a CNA in the applicable state; active license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.).
• Deliver direct patient care under supervision per Life Care standards and regulations.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care and safety.

Education

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
