Job summary

Life Care Centers of America affiliated facility in Leominster, MA seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care under the supervision of licensed staff. Responsibilities include bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and assisting with activities of daily living.

The ideal candidate will be a state-certified CNA with CPR certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, andeligibility to maintain licensure. Previous skilled nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed.
• Join interdisciplinary team and deliver quality patient care.
• Maintain professional relationships with associates and vendors.
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
