Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Tennessee. The CNA will deliver routine daily nursing care, assist with activities of daily living, and work within a multidisciplinary team to support patient well-being.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a State-approved CNA program, active CNA licensure, and CPR certification at hire; one year of skilled nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
