Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. You will deliver routine daily nursing care, including bathing, feeding and grooming, to residents under the supervision of licensed staff.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring compassionate care and excellent patient experiences while maintaining professional relationships with colleagues and vendors. This role supports quality patient care across our Massachusetts locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Current CNA license in good standing in the applicable state.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with laws and Life Care standards.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and related activities.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates and vendors.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
