Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) toJoin our team of professionals. The CNAs provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients and deliver direct care such as bathing, feeding and grooming in accordance with Life Care standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a State-approved CNA program, and active CNA licensure in good standing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program required.
• Active CNA license in good standing in the applicable state.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification is required at hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable laws/regulations.
• Deliver direct care such as bathing, feeding, grooming and toileting as directed.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain professional relationships with all associates and vendors.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
