Job summary

Life Care Center of Evergreen is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate team in Colorado. You will provide routine daily nursing care, assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, and support residents under Life Care standards.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, teamwork with interdisciplinary staff, and maintaining licensure. New grads are welcome; double shifts may be available to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Current CPR certification required or obtained during orientation.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
• Deliver direct care in accordance with laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
• Join an interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Maintain licensure/certification and uphold professional standards.

Weekend shift Differentials of $3.00 and Normal weekday Shift Differentials

Current Mileage Program $25.00 a day for those who are driving 25 miles or greater.

Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program


• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.


• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred


• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
