Cottonwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Durango, CO is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated care team. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to support residents with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and ensure safety and comfort in a warm, resident-centered environment.

Ideal candidates will hold Colorado CNA certification, High School diploma or equivalent, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Colorado
• High school diploma or equivalent
• BLS certification
• Ability to lift, move, and position residents safely and comfortably
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and caring attitude with a focus on exceptional customer service

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Take and report vital signs to the nursing team
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
