Job summary

Pioneer Care and Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing facility in Dillon, MT, seeks compassionate CNAs to join our team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, support nursing staff, and help maintain a safe, clean environment in a 87-bed setting.

We offer competitive pay ($22-$25/hr based on experience), comprehensive benefits, and both full-time and part-time opportunities. Shifts include 6a-2p, 2p-10p, and 10p-6a in a people-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Certification: Must hold an active Montana CNA certification.
• Experience: Prior experience in a similar setting preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong communication, patience, and empathy are essential.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift/move patients, stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all assigned duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Conduct resident rounds at the beginning of each shift and at regular intervals (approximately every two hours).
• Ensure each resident receives the appropriate care and meals by confirming their identity before providing nursing care or serving food.
• Help maintain a clean, comfortable environment and ensure resident needs are met.
• Perform additional duties as needed or as directed.

Position Description:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a critical role in providing compassionate care and support to our residents. Working closely with the nursing staff, you will assist residents with daily living activities, help maintain a safe and clean environment, and provide companionship.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Must hold an active CNA certification in Montana.

• Experience: Prior experience in a similar setting (e.g., skilled nursing facility, assisted living) preferred but not required.

• Skills: Strong communication, patience, and empathy are essential.

• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift/move patients, stand for extended periods, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
