Job Overview

The Gardens at Stevens is seeking a personable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to perform various resident care activities and services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of our nursing home residents, located in Stevens, PA. Shifts Available

• Full-Time
• Part-Time
• PRN

Shifts: 6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a

Responsibilities

1. Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to care for residents with needs such as therapeutic, neuro and dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care.
2. Provide nursing care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
3. Act under the direction of the Charge Nurse and as an active member of the interdisciplinary team.
4. Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming as per the Care Plan.
5. Ensure residents are out of bed according to the Care Plan.
6. Interact with residents, family members, co-workers, and staff in a supportive and calm manner.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned to follow the Care Plan.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, completed through a state-approved program and exam.
3. Provide certification documentation upon application.
