We are currently seeking caring and hard-working CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) to join our dedicated team for the full week! Our shifts vary, Sunday through Saturday, with weekend requirements.

• $3,000 Sign On Bonus for Full-Time!
• $1,500 Sign On Bonus for Part-Time!
• SOB Bonus is payable after 12 months of employment

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from Florida.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of a CNA

• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care) daily and as needed.
• Change bed linens and maintain supplies.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record vital signs, weights, measurements, intake/output, and food consumption.
• Turn and position residents regularly.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Contribute to data collection for MDS and care planning.
• Ensure residents are hydrated and prepared for meals, assisting as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of food intake/output.
• Monitor environment for ventilation, temperature, light, and noise.
• Take vital signs and assist with resident needs promptly.
• Assist in training and orientation of staff when requested.
