Job summary

CHSGa is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate care team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, providing dignity and respect in a supportive, collaborative environment.

As part of a mission-driven organization, you will work with nurses and an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, maintain safety, and foster a positive atmosphere for residents and families. Georgia CNA certification required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Georgia or eligible).
• Heart for service and passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
