Job summary

Saint John Paul II in Danbury, CT seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will provide direct patient care, take vital signs, document care, and help with individualized care plans alongside the nursing team.

Qualifications

About the Role:

• Providing direct patient care: assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and performing treatments and procedures as instructed by our nursing team
• Maintaining patient dignity and comfort: promoting a positive and respectful environment that supports our patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
• Collaborating with healthcare team members: contributing to effective communication and coordination of care with our registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate records: accurately documenting patient information, test results, and treatment plans in accordance with our policies and procedures
• Participating in care planning: contributing to the development and implementation of individualized care plans that meet our patients' unique needs and goals

Starting Hourly Rate: $21.64
