CNA Responsibilities include:

• Attending to residents' needs: bathing, feeding, dressing, ambulating.
• Recording vital signs, assisting with mobility, using proper body mechanics.
• Recognizing and reporting changes in resident conditions.
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, visitors, peers, and supervisors.
• Reporting abnormal patterns to nursing staff.
• Assisting nurses with various duties as directed.

CNA Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in a Long Term Care setting is preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited CNA program.
• Current state certification as a CNA.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
