Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Collegedale, TN. The CNA will provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients, including bathing, feeding and grooming, under the supervision of licensed staff.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a State-approved CNA program, active licensure, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State with active license
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and kept current

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients

• Work with interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
