Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You will provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with standards and Life Care policies.

The CNA will assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, and participate in interdisciplinary rounds while communicating effectively with patients, families, and staff. This role supports quality patient care across our network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State with active license.
• CPR certification must be maintained during employment.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients per care plans.
• Deliver direct care such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting.
• Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team and with patients/families.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates and vendors.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
