Job summary

Clinton Place in Clinton, KY is seeking a compassionate CNA to join a family-focused team delivering high-quality resident care. Shifts are day 7 a.m.–7 p.m. or night 7 p.m.–7 a.m., with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and shift differentials.

You will support residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulation, and document vitals while collaborating with nurses. We offer quarterly micro raises, career growth opportunities, tuition reimbursement, a 401K, dailyPay, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a CNA in a long-term care setting is highly preferred.
• Current state certification as a CNA.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Take and record patient vital signs, assist with lifting, moving and transporting residents with proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse manager.
• Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
• Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.

CNAs are responsible for the following:

• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.

• Responsible for taking and recording patient vital signs lifting, moving and transporting residents, using proper body mechanics.

• Recognizing and reporting changes in resident conditions to a nurse management. Asking appropriate questions to clarify situations.

• Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with the residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.

• Reporting abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.

• Demonstrating the ability to assist the nurse with various duties as directed.

CNA Requirements:

• At least one year of experience as a CNA in a long‑term care setting is highly preferred.

• Current state certification as a CNA.
