Job summary

Centers Health Care is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for Glens Falls Center in Glens Falls, NY. Earn between $19.31 - $23.28 per hour with a $0.65 shift differential and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Daily Pay available through a trusted provider.

Join a 120-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility focused on exceptional resident care. You will work as part of a compassionate team to support residents’ daily needs and health monitoring.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a CNA program.
• Current CNA state certification.
• In good standing with the State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Observe residents and report health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily cares (bed bath, shaving, etc.).
• Set up meal trays and document food/fluid intake.
• Feed residents and provide nutritional supplements.
• Make beds and keep residents' spaces clean and tidy.
• Transport residents within the facility and assist with mobility.
• Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data.

DUTIES:

• Observing Residents
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, etc.
• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake
• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
• Making beds & keeping the Residents’ space clean and tidy
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work as a team member
• Successful completion of a CNA program
• Current CNA State Certification
• Must be in good standing with State Registry
