Wesley Gardens Rehab and Nursing in Rochester, NY is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide direct resident care and support activities of daily living. You will work as part of our care team to promote dignity, safety, and well-being for residents in a 200-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Current NYS CNA Certification
• Experience in healthcare/eldercare preferred
• Willingness to work every other weekend and rotating holidays
• Basic computer skills required

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will:

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support

• Monitor residents’ conditions and report any physical or behavioral changes to nursing staff

• Accurately record food and fluid intake while supporting treatments and overall resident care

• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional care environment at all times

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and confidential care to all residents and staff interactions

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Schedule:

Available Shifts:

• Day (7:00am – 3:00pm)

• Evening (3:00pm – 11:00pm)

• Night (11:00pm – 7:00am)

Schedule Options:

• Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

• Part-Time (15- 22.5 hours per week)

• Weekend availability required

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualification and Skills:

• Current NYS CNA Certification (new graduates welcome to apply)

• Prior experience in a healthcare or eldercare setting preferred
