New Paltz Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing seeks Certified Nursing Assistants to work in our Skilled Nursing Facility in New Paltz, NY. Day, Evening and Night shifts are available with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Base pay is $19.36–$21.92 per hour, with a $0.75 evening/night shift differential.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Current NY State CNA certification.
• Successful completion of a CNA program.
• In good standing with State Registry.

Aufgaben

• Observing Residents.
• Reporting health issues to supervising nurse.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene (bed bath, shaving).
• Set up meal trays and document intake of food and fluids.
• Feed residents and provide nutritional supplements.
• Make beds and keep resident areas clean and tidy.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data.

Duties:

• Observing Residents
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Taking care of a Resident's personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving etc.
• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake
• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
• Making beds & keeping the Residents' space clean and tidy
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

Requirements:

• Must be able to work as a team member
• Successful completion of a CNA program
• Current NY State Certification
