Job summary

Harmony Cedar Rapids is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a friendly, caring team. The role involves providing daily care, observing residents, and maintaining a safe environment to ensure high-quality care. Qualifications

• Unencumbered Iowa CNA certification or completion from an Iowa-accredited CNA training program.
• Prior CNA experience preferred.
• Ability to provide compassionate resident care and support.

Responsibilities

• Perform activities of daily living (ADLs) for residents.
• Observe changes in residents’ condition and report promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents.
• Support resident education and well-being as part of the care team.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Cedar Rapids by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State ofIowa Accredited CNA training course. Prior CNA experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
