Job summary

Harmony West Des Moines is seeking CNAs for weekend and PRN shifts to join a friendly, supportive team in West Des Moines, IA. Weekend package includes Fri-Sun 6pm-6am, with additional 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am PRN slots. The role focuses on daily living activities, safety, and resident comfort.

Qualified candidates will hold an Iowa CNA certificate (or Iowa CNA training completion with exams). The facility offers competitive wages, tuition reimbursement, shift differentials, growth

Qualifications

• As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Iowa Accredited CNA training course with completed Written and Skills exams.
• Prior CNA experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and ensure a high standard of care.
• Observe changes in condition and maintain a safe environment.
• Provide care with attention to detail and communicate effectively with the clinical team.

As a CNA you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony West Des Moines by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
