How You Will Make a Difference

1. Provide daily personal care to residents
2. Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies
3. Assist residents with ambulation and transfers using appropriate devices
4. Record vital signs and other information as assigned
5. Observe residents and report any changes in condition
