Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Colorado seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team and provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with regulations and Life Care standards.

The CNA will deliver direct care (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.), work within a multidisciplinary team, and support patients and families. Education/licensure requirements include a State-approved CNA program, active license, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and other activities as directed.
• Communicate and function on an interdisciplinary team; maintain professional relationships with all associates.
