Job summary

Brighton Rehabilitation & Wellness Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans. The role involves resident care under supervision of licensed nurses and contributes to a supportive environment.

This full-time position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus (paid quarterly) and a $23/hour base pay with shift differential. Schedules include every other weekend, with equal opportunity statements.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active CNA certification with state-approved Nurse Aide Training program.

The purpose of this role is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan and as may be directed by your supervisor in accordance with the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility.

Education and Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
