Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills for electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitor, measure, and accurately document vital signs.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff promptly.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Provide respectful, compassionate care in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
