Job summary

Bradford Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation in Bradford, Pennsylvania is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing team. The position offers part-time and full-time shifts with a two-hour shift differential and a fixed 2-10pm schedule for full-time staff.

As a CNA you will support residents’ daily living activities, monitor health signals, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in a welcoming, patient-focused

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent care and support to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatments.
• Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and empathy in interactions with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement individualized care plans.
