Terraces of Boise, a HumanGood community in Boise, ID, seeks a dedicated CNA to join our team and deliver person-centered care. You will assist residents with daily living activities and basic needs in a safe, supportive environment that honors resident independence.

We offer Full-Time Day, Evening, and NOC shifts with a sign-on bonus for both full- and part-time positions. Pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, with shift differentials for qualifying shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred.

Our Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Schedules Available (SIGN ON BONUS FOR BOTH FULL AND PART TIME POSITIONS):

Full-Time Day shifts, from 6AM-2PM

Full-Time Evening shifts, from 2PM-10PM

Full-Time NOC shifts, from 10PM - 6AM

Pay range: $18-25 per hour, depending on years of licensed CNA experience + shift differentials for qualifying shifts

Shift Differentials:$1 for Evening shift, $2 for NOC shift

To be successful in the role, you would have:
