Job summary

The Legacy at Boca is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our rehabilitation and nursing team in Boca Raton. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, personal care, and meal service while maintaining resident dignity and confidentiality.

We offer part-time and full-time shifts (6am-2:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, 10pm-6:30am) and an hourly wage of $15–$16, with daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Must possess CNA certification in FL.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred.
• Must be in good physical and mental health.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Effectively communicate with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, feeding, toileting, dressing).
• Assist residents with dental, nail, and hair care.
• Turn and reposition bed-bound residents every couple hours.
• Record resident weights when instructed.
• Serve meals and document food/fluid intake in medical records.
• Inventory and mark residents' belongings and keep rooms tidy.

Today, under new ownership, we are creating an inimitable, revitalizing Rehabilitation Environment to provide the short term patient with a luxurious, five-star experience that meets and exceeds all expectations.

NOW OFFERING DAILY PAY

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (Bathing, feeding, toileting, dressing, etc…)
• Assist residents with dental care, nail care, hair care, etc…
• Assure residents are kept dry to avoid breakdown. Bed bound residents need turned and positioned every couple hours.
• Obtain resident’s current weight when instructed.
• Serve food trays to residents and documenting food/fluid intake and output in resident’s medical record.
• Inventory and mark all residents possessions
• Make resident’s beds and keep room neat and tidy.
• Maintain confidentiality with resident information.
• Assure resident privacy at all times.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must possess CNAcertification in the state of FL.

Pay based on experience $15-$16/hr.
