Job summary

Synergy Senior Care, LLC is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in Wisconsin. We offer part-time, full-time, and casual shifts with a starting pay of $20/hr and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with the state (or equivalent).

• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Commitment to resident safety and quality care.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance.
• Completion of required continuing education (minimum 12 hours annually, or as required by state/federal regulations).

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered care with compassion and respect.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility, toileting, and dining.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.
• Work collaboratively with all departments to provide quality care.
