Job summary

NHS Management, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team in Birmingham, Alabama. You will assist residents with daily activities, collaborate with nurses, and help ensure safety, comfort, and well-being across shifts.

Candidates should hold a CNA certification in the state of Alabama, have strong communication skills, and a compassionate, team-focused mindset. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required; CPR is a bonus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment.
• Document care provided and observations per facility policies.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

Position Overview: Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA )

You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. You will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of those in our care

Required Qualifications:

1. Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state you are applying for
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Previous experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to varying shift schedules.
7. Current CPR certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
