Job summary

Berlin Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is recruiting Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate, hands-on resident care in a 128-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting.

Opportunities include full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts with generous shift differentials and a $1,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days for FT roles. Pay ranges from $19.50 to $24 per hour, all inclusive, with same-day pay options.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in the state of employment (New Jersey).
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs are met.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment promoting dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
