Job summary

Valley Care and Rehab, LLC is a small, locally owned skilled nursing community in Barnesville, MN, offering full-time CNA roles with 64–72 hours per pay period and 8-hour shifts. Candidates with Minnesota CNA certification are invited; training is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Minnesota CNA certification required; we will pay for the class if not yet completed.
• Caring demeanor and a TEAM-oriented outlook are essential.
• Ability to take direction and collaborate well with the lead nurse.
• Physical ability to perform all patient cares and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Personal care tasks including bathing, skin care, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing and undressing assistance.
• Assist with feeding residents.
• Measure and record intake and output.
• Assist in turning and positioning residents.
• Use proper transfer techniques.
• Demonstrates knowledge for safe use of medical equipment.
