Job summary

Valley Care and Rehab in Barnesville, MN is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our family-like team. You will provide essential personal care and support residents while collaborating with the lead nurse to maintain high-quality care within a 64-72 hour pay period.

We offer competitive wages ($22.60 - $26.26 per hour DOE), paid training, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package. On-site location at 600 5th St SE, Barnesville, MN.

Qualifications

• Minnesota CNA certification required; willingness to obtain if not yet certified.
• Caring demeanor, positive attitude, and TEAM-oriented mindset.
• Able to take direction and collaborate with lead nurse.
• Physical ability to perform all care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Personal care functions including bathing, skin care, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing assistance.
• Assist with feeding of residents.
• Measure and record intake and output.
• Assist in turning and positioning of residents.
• Demonstrate safe transfer techniques.
• Operate and monitor basic medical equipment as trained.

Role Details

• Full-Time - 64-72 hours/pay period - 8-hour shifts - Every other weekend, every other holiday
