Job summary

Arcadia Homecare and Staffing is hiring Certified Nursing Aides (CNA) to support clients across Northeast Ohio. The role offers flexible scheduling in multiple cities, with options for full-time or part-time hours, and benefits such as paid time off and paid training.

Interview options include virtual and in-person to suit safety and convenience. Caregivers will help clients stay in their homes, perform personal care tasks, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and provide companionship.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide personal care and daily living tasks.
• Reliable transportation and, if using a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Desire to work as a compassionate caregiver.

Responsibilities

• Help clients stay in their homes by assisting with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with light housekeeping or laundry as needed.
• Prepare nutritious meals when clients can’t cook for themselves.
• Provide companionship through conversations and activities.
• Run errands or accompany clients to appointments as required.
