Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a compassionate part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) for the Cincinnati, OH region. You will provide in-home care to a small census, assist with activities of daily living, and support the patient with mobility and daily tasks, under Hospice guidelines.

The role emphasizes patient safety, clear communication with the nursing team, and adherence to state training and licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Meets training requirements of the State.
• One year experience as a CNA, hospice aide or home health aide preferred.
• Must be a licensed driver with insured automobile.
• Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Care for census of 5-6 patients.
• Assist with ADL activities: personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care, nails.
• Assist with toileting, positioning, transfers, frequent turning.
• Assist with prescribed exercise and ROM as taught by Hospice Nurse.
• Light housekeeping of patient room, changing bed linen and laundry.
• Feed and assist with meals.
• Report changes in patient condition to the Nurse.

We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated part-time, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our growing Hospice Company for ou r Cincinnati, OH region.

Duties

The caregiver (CNA/CHHA) will be responsible for:

• Care for census of 5-6 patients
• Provides or assists in ADL activities; personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care and nails.
• Provides assistance in toileting, positioning and transfer activities, frequent turning and positioning of a bed bound resident/patient.
• Assists with the prescribed exercise and ROM activities which the resident/patient and Hospice aide have been taught by the Hospice Nurse.
• Assists with light housekeeping of individual's personal unit or room, including changing of bed linen and patient’s laundry.
• Feeds and assists with meals.
• Reports any changes in resident's/patient's condition to the Nurse

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Meets training requirements of the State.
• Received a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training with at least 16 hours devoted to supervised practical training and with at least 16 hours of classroom instruction completed.
• Must have one year experience as a CNA, hospice aide or home health aide. (Hospice preferred.)
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order and current auto insurance.
• The ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
