Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide tenants with direct routine care in all activities of daily living, under supervision of licensed staff and in accordance with the Plan of Care and MDH standards. You will support independence and assist with basic nursing, personal care and restorative tasks within a collaborative care team.

Requirements include current Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry certification and clear English reading/writing.

Qualifications

• Current certification and listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Provide tenants with direct routine care in activities of daily living.
• Follow the Plan of Care, MDH Nursing Assistant standards and campus QAPI program.
• Support independence and assist with basic nursing, personal care and restorative tasks.
