Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a CNA to deliver direct routine care for tenants, under supervision, across AM, PM, and overnight shifts. You will assist with activities of daily living, follow the care plan, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ well-being.

Qualifications include current Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry certification and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Provide tenants with direct routine care in activities of daily living.
• Work under supervision of the licensed nurse or AL Clinical Manager.
• Follow the Plan of Care, MDH Nursing Assistant Program standards, and the Tenant’s Bill of Rights.
• Promote independence and support tenants to achieve well-being.
