Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management seeks a part-time CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to provide direct routine care to tenants, under the supervision of a licensed nurse or AL Clinical Manager. You will follow the Plan of Care and support residents with daily living activities, promoting dignity, safety, and quality of life on our Minnesota campus.

The role requires current Minnesota CNA certification and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• Current certification and listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct routine care in activities of daily living per the Plan of Care.
• Assist tenants under supervision of licensed nurse or AL Clinical Manager.
• Support tenants to maintain independence and wellbeing, including cognitive and social needs.
