Compensation: $30,000 annually for full-time (minimum of 72 hours per pay period) with a sign-on/retention bonus of $2,500; part-time positions may also be available.
Job Summary: The Long Term Care Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct resident care, following care plans to promote residents' health and well-being.
Hours of Work: Various shifts, including weekends and holidays, primarily 9:00 pm - 6:30 am every 3rd weekend.
Qualifications: Completion of a 75-hour CNA course is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required; previous experience is a plus. Must be certified as a CNA in Iowa; CPR certification is preferred.
