Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living in Springfield, VA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant / Care Associate to provide compassionate, person-centered care and assist residents with daily living, helping them feel at home. You must have a Virginia Nurse Aide license, be 18+ years old, and 1+ year CNA/GNA experience is preferred.

BLS/First Aid certification is a plus. Onsite benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and education resources, with volunteer hours offered.

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant / Care Associate. The Care Associate team provides compassionate, person-centered care, helping residents with all aspects of daily living. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure each resident’s needs are met with kindness and respect, making sure they feel comfortable, valued, and at home.

Compensation: $20 - 23 hourly per hour based on experience, plus $1.50 - $2.00 shift differentials for evening, night and weekend shifts.

What you will need:

• Current Nurse Aide - Licensed in the State of Virginia, registered license number with the Virginia Department of Health Professions.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum of 1 years CNA /GNA experience preferred.
• First Aid or BLS certification preferred.
